About Us

Wingspan Training is a soccer development program dedicated to helping athletes build strong fundamentals, confidence, and a true love for the game. Founded by Gabe Chavis, Wingspan focuses on teaching the essential skills that allow young players to grow, compete, and excel on the field. We work with athletes ages 5 and up through structured group sessions and personalized coaching designed to improve ball control, speed, coordination, and overall game awareness. Located behind Fabacher Field off La Neuville Rd in Youngsville, Louisiana, Wingspan Training provides a supportive environment where athletes can develop their skills while learning discipline, focus, and teamwork.

Our Mission

Our mission is to develop confident, disciplined athletes by providing high-quality soccer training built on strong fundamentals, consistent progression, and a passion for the game. We believe every athlete has the potential to grow, and our goal is to help players unlock that potential through focused training, encouragement, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Why Choose Us

At Wingspan Training, we believe skill development should be intentional, structured, and built around the athlete. Our training focuses on the core fundamentals that create well-rounded soccer players while also building confidence and game intelligence. We combine technical skill work, speed and agility training, and real-game scenarios to help athletes improve faster and perform better on the field. More than just drills, we create an environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and motivated to push themselves to the next level.

Help Your Athlete Build Confidence, Skill, and a Love for the Game
